The Application Overview page in the VIP Dashboard has been redesigned, and a new Feature Discovery page is now available to help you maximise value from the VIP platform.
What’s New
The Application Overview now uses a card-based layout that adapts to your application’s lifecycle. Whether you’re setting up a new site, preparing for launch, or running a mature application, the page surfaces the information and actions most relevant to that moment.
The new Feature Discovery page, accessible directly from the Overview, gives you a complete view of every major feature available in your specific VIP Platform package, organised by strategic objective, with active/inactive status and direct entry points to explore each one.
Why It Matters
The Application Overview is one of the most-visited pages in the Dashboard, but its previous design didn’t reflect that importance. The redesign delivers clearer navigation into sub-features and content that adapts as your application evolves.
Feature Discovery addresses a different challenge: VIP includes a wide range of capabilities, and not all of them are obvious from day one. By presenting everything in one place, grouped by objective, the page makes it easier to identify features you haven’t yet activated and understand the full scope of what’s available to you.
What’s Included
- Card-based Overview layout: A flexible grid of cards covering at-a-glance stats, performance metrics, recent activity, team access, key features, and curated resources
- Lifecycle-aware content: Different card sets for pre-launch and post-launch applications, so the page stays relevant as your application evolves
- Launch Wizard: A guided launch flow, surfaced directly on the Overview page for when your site is ready to go live
- Feature Discovery widget: A widget showing active features versus total available on your package, with a direct link to the full Feature Discovery page
- Feature Discovery page: An inventory of available key features, categorised by strategic objective, with status indicators and entry points for each
- Optional product tour: A skippable walkthrough of the new layout
Get Started
The new Application Overview is live for all VIP customers and appears automatically when you open any application in the VIP Dashboard. Feature Discovery is accessible from the Overview page widget.
