I wanted to let you all know that on August 22nd I’ll be moving on from my role as CEO of WPVIP. After an amazing run serving incredible customers and partners, it’s time for me to pass the torch and for me to start something new.
While I have been on sabbatical these past few months, Steph Yiu has served as Acting CEO. I’m excited to share that she will now continue in that role permanently. Steph and I have worked together for more than a decade now building VIP. She’s an outstanding leader who is deeply committed to our mission and to the success of our customers. I know that you are in exceptionally good hands.
The same team, values, and commitment to your success remain. The team is energized, focused, and they’ll continue to deliver the level of care and support you’ve come to expect.
I’m very fortunate to have had the opportunity to build VIP in partnership with you all. This community will forever be a part of who I am. Thanks for your trust, collaboration, and candid feedback over the years. It’s only through your partnership that we were able to build the VIP you know today.
