We’re excited to share a new way to get help faster: the VIP Support AI Agent. It can be easily found in the VIP Support Help Center, bottom-right position, close to your support conversations.
The VIP Support AI Agent is a bot trained on the VIP documentation and a few other useful resources. It’s designed to quickly surface relevant guidance, so you can find answers to your issues without having to search or wait for a reply.
Assists with answering questions: The VIP Support AI Agent will answer your questions where a clear, documented solution already exists in WordPress VIP docs, including, among others:
- Platform features and quick guides
- Configuration steps or tooling usage
- Best practices and common workflows
- Useful code suggestions and snippets
Opens tickets for you: If you aren’t able to find the right answer in a conversation with the bot or need additional help, you can convert that bot conversation into a support ticket at any time. Simply type or click “Contact Support” and add your details within the form.
You can also continue to Submit Tickets using the original feedback form.
