Call for Testing: Jetpack 14.8

Jetpack 14.8 is available now for testing and the download link is available here

Jetpack 14.8 will be deployed to VIP on Tuesday, July 15, 2025*. The upgrade is expected to be performed at 17:00 UTC (1:00PM ET).

Prevent non-string currentday parameters from causing errors in infinite scroll AJAX requests.
Recipe shortcode: Prevent errors in logs due to checking for theme color properties that may not exist.
Security: Prevent errors with array-type parameters in carousel comment submissions.
Settings: Show Backup and Account Protection modules only with relevant search terms.
Slideshow block: Reduce layout shifts during page load.
Social Previews: Prevent text overflow issues with Mastodon.
