WordPress VIP will be performing maintenance starting at 4 AM UTC on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025, and the process is expected to last no more than one hour.
No downtime is anticipated during this maintenance. Sites will continue to handle requests, and editorial and publishing activities should proceed without interruption. However, the following services may experience up to 15 minutes of disruption:
- VIP File System: Upload and delete operations will be disabled during the upgrade.
- Data Sync Operations: These will be unavailable, and initiating a new data sync will not be possible.
- Domain Mapping: Mapping new domains to VIP environments will be temporarily disabled.
- Deployments will be delayed until the maintenance is completed. Any deployments started while maintenance is underway will remain queued.
